Welcome to Manzanillo Villas!

The growth of Manzanillo, and Manzanillo Villas, into a world class vacation destination is actually a very similar story to aht of Puerto Vallarta. Manzanillo villas got their start in the 1950's. At that time, Puerto Vallarta was a place that only the wealthy would go to escape. The movie "The Night of the Iguana" with Richard Burton & Ava Gardner (released in 1964) changed everything; Tourism began to boom and a the modern world-class vacation destination of Manzanillo began to take shape.

It was the Las Hadas Resort, built in the early 1970's, that put Manzanillo on the map for the travel elite. It was in 1979 that Bo Derek put Las Hadas on the map for the rest of us in the film "10". Sadly, the beautiful piano bar from the movie no longer exists, but Manzanillo villas make up for this with their overwhelming beauty and views!

Manzanillo is a destination with truly great beaches, fantastic resorts, and wonderul shops. Manzanillo is still a fairly small destination, with a population of only around 115,000 people. Manzanillo villas offer a tourist experience like no other because it remains a reclusive destination with all the amenities offered by a mega-resort city; Try Manzanillo villas for yourself!
